FAQs

Frequently Asked Quesitons:

Do you accept my dental insurance?
Yes we accept your dental insurance for payment, including Seniors and Student plans. We are happy to bill your dental insurance directly. This means you do not need to pay 'out of pocket' on the day of your appointment.

How long is the typical appointment?
Your first appointment will typically be 45 minutes to one hour in length. If it has been sometime since your last dental/hygiene visit, or if you have areas of gum disease, you may require a follow-up appointment to complete treatment. Your hygienist, in consultation with you, will customize treatment to meet your needs.

I have a regular dentist, can I still come to you for my dental cleanings?
Yes - the choice is yours, we recommend that you still see your regular dentist for your routine dental check ups but you are more than welcome to see us for dental hygiene services.

What if I don't have a regular dentist?
We can refer to a dentist in your are who would be happy to accept you as a patient. The College of Dentists in British Columbia maintains a database of dentists that are accepting new patients
